Obviously there is no customer service because whenever you reach out to support with them they Never get back to you or simply send you a message suggesting “You may have a gambling problem”
Heart of Vegas is relentless in ignoring any issues you have, it does no good at all to voice any suggestions because they do not hear you! Not sure why they claim to care what you think!
If you have one good day out of 3 months of winning anything you will pay *** for the next month for that because you literally will not be winning anything at all, they are not having it! You will not advance your status at all because their main objective is to bust you down on your hourly bonus points even though you know you should have advanced they will not advance you! These people are professionals at thievery and if they notice that you are playing the same game to much because it is allowing you some points then they tighten the game up so you can never win on it again unless by some miracle. Been playing about 2 years now and I have never seen anything as vicious and evil as the lengths they go to in order to see you loose!
It is unbelievable! Hardly any bonus points and keep busting down the one you do get, it gets slimmer and slimmer everyday!

I feel like the game takes your money purposely and never allows you to get the last chest. It happens all the time until the game expires, and then it starts over doing the same thing.
I'm very disappointed. I have been playing this game for years, spending a lot of money, and I can never win the last chest.

They like to block people for no reason!
Do not buy any coins as they block you when they want to and never resolve your concern!
I have been playing their game for years. All of a sudden when I started making coins they blocked my account and my friends as well.
We just enjoyed playing, however they have ruined this for us and all our friends.
They need to learn how to treat their customers better. I have played on other sites and made lots of coins and they have never blocked me.

They have the same games as Cashman, but Heart of Vegas does not pay. And what *** me off is that they want the games to be played in Australia but charge American dollars for credits.
Get a life.
When I asked about this, they told me to shut up or they would prevent me from playing. Do not touch it.

I enjoy Aristocrat Games. Unfortunately, Heart of Vegas is the only place I can play them outside the casino.
Don't waste your money! They used to pay out reasonably. Now they just take. They say to let them know if you have a bad experience.
I did, and they blocked my account for days! I tried again recently. I spent about $40 on coins. They were gone in just a few minutes.
Do yourself a favor. If you want to play Aristocrat games, go to the casino. With HOV, you will spend far more than the pleasure you will get in return. Don't like your experience?
Don't complain! After a few 'we have honest machines and just chance' messages, they will block your account as someone with a 'gambling problem'.
That is such an insult! I've been a player for many years.

I really use to have fun on these games but in the last 6 months it’s terrible! All you’re doing is pressing the spin button but get nothing . When I run out of points I’m done with this game.
Thats the problem nothing happens. At one time you could win some points and play . Now it just eats up your points and gives you nothing !

You pay to play, but there's very little playtime. The games are fun but you will normally hit very few jackpots. I'm just looking to have a little fun but I'm not getting my money's worth.

Buying coins is way too expensive, winnings are pretty much ridiculous. Bonuses are an insult to the amount of money I spend. Looking at about 100 bucks a day.

Constant Freeze up
Continuously getting freeze up and error message. Removed and reinstalled app dozens of times of times as per recommendation from support.Problem still exists.
Support team is useless .
Its an inherent problem with them but they blame the customer. Support team has the task to aggravate the customer.

What a rip off
6 billion coins spun through. Won one free game which paid less than 10 x the line bet.
And then Heart of Vegas stupid pop up tells me to buy more coins. With those kind of odds... they have to kidding. Very bad customer experience.
If it was a true casino it would quickly go out of business.
It does not even come close to recommended return to player odds. Better games out there and you would have to be pretty stupid to pay big money to win nothing.

They continue to say i have a gambling problem and continue to BLOCK ME.
COINS i normally received.
When i complained about losing my bonus coins after purchase, Hearts of Vegas BLOCKED me for 1 year. I told them i could not continue to purchase coins, so they claimed i had a gambling problem and blocked me from playing at all.
Instead of Blocking me from playing at all, they should of just BLOCKED ANY FURTHER PURCHASES!!
That is if they believed i had a gambling problem.
Casinos do not BAN YOU if a person only spends $30 and tell you have a gambling problem!
THIS IS DISCRIMINATION AT ITS BEST!! INCLUDING PROFILING!!

My friends and I recently got blocked because we made coins and I guess played too much! They need to learn how to treat their customers before they have no more!!!!
If you buy coins from Heart of Vegas you will never win and that is a proven fact! They are greedy and no matter how many surveys you do on their behalf they still don’t get it, nothing ever gets better so don’t waste your breath answering their surveys!
Most disgusting how they treat the people that give their hard earned money to! They give nothing in return EVER!
